Slovenia

Summary

One of the best-known and most spectacular treks in Europe, it takes 11 days to cover 172 km around the Mont Blanc massif, following paths through forests, rocks, glaciers, ancient villages within France, Switzerland and Italy.

No technical challenges, but with long daily walks and very varied terrain, excellent for those who want to enter the world of long-term trekking.

Typical of a mountain region – hot during the day and cold at night – the temperature drops considerably without getting negative. There is a possibility of sparse summer rains. It is possible in some stretches only to walk in shorts and a shirt.

Difficulty:

• physics: difficult

• technique: difficult
